User Management and Operations FAQs

Q1:Why am I still getting a login failure even when using the correct username and password?

  • Reason
    1. Account has been suspended or deleted by the company administrator.
    2. The entered password does not match the system record.
    3. Systematic cookie caching issues
  • Solution
    1. Contact the company administrator with User Management permissions to confirm if the account has been deactivated or deleted.
    2. If the account is enabled and not deleted, try clicking "Forgot Password" to reset the password through your registered email address.
    3. If the problem persists, please clear your browser cache or try a different browser.

Second QuarterWhen a user logs in for the first time, why can they only view Company Info and edit My Profile?

  • Reason
When a user logs in for the first time, a Default Project has not yet been assigned. Only after setting the Default Project can the system enable other functions (such as Application Management or Gateway Management) based on the user's role permissions.
  • Solution
    1. After logging in, go to the My Profile page.
    2. Find the Default Project field, select an available project from the dropdown menu, and save.
    3. If there are no projects to select in the dropdown menu, please contact an administrator with Project Management permissions to assign projects to your account. After the assignment is complete, log in again to set up and enable full functionality.

This setting only needs to be operated once. Subsequent logins will automatically load corresponding functional permissions based on your role and default project.

Q3: Why can't the Role be deleted?

  • Reason
    • The system prohibits deleting roles that still have associated users. If there are still users in the role, the deletion operation will be blocked.
    • The two built-in roles, Administrator and Supervisor, are default roles and cannot be deleted.
  • Solution
    1. Go to Roles under User Management and confirm if there are any users assigned to that role.
    2. Assign new roles to these users.
    3. Retry the deletion operation after confirming there are no user associations.

Q4: Why are excessive login attempts locked out? How do I unlock it?

  • Locking rulesIf the same account fails login 5 times consecutively within 1 minute, the system will automatically lock the account for 5 minutes.
  • Unlock method
    1. After waiting 5 minutes, the system will automatically unlock.
    2. If you're unsure about the password, use the "Forgot Password" function to reset it and avoid triggering the lockout rules again.
